Share Capital
Following the Decrease of the Share Capital on 13.12.2024 the share capital PPC S.A. amounts to €915,789,600, divided into 369,270,000 ordinary registered shares of a nominal value of €2.48 each.
The Company’s shares are traded in the Main Market of the Athens Stock Exchange in Greece (ATHEX).
On 13.12.2024 PPC's market capitalization was €4.4 bn.
PPC participates in a number of indices such as: GD (Athex Composite Share Price Index), DOM, FTSE, FTSE_EU, SAGD, FTSEA, HELMSI, ATHEX_ESG and MSCI Greece Rebased Index and FTSE4Good.
