Memoranda of Understanding with AB VASSILOPOULOS, ΒΕΑΤ and FRAPORT GREECE

Announcement

PPC S.A. announces that within the framework of expanding its activities in electromobility it signed MoUs with the following companies (in alphabetical order):

 

1. ΑΒ VASSILOPOULOS

According to the MoU, the parties will explore the possibilities of collaboration in identifying the appropriate areas in AB’s stores network in Greece, which could be also used by the customers/drivers for parking and charging their electric vehicles, in jointly recognizing actions towards the promotion of electromobility to the customers/consumers who wish to drive a “clean” and environmentally friendly vehicle, as well as in recognizing further synergies between the parties, that may arise from this collaboration.

 

2. ΒΕΑΤ

According to the MoU, the parties will explore possibilities of collaboration for the installation of charging points in taxi stations, joint development of charging related products and services for taxi drivers of electronic vehicles who are using the BEAT platform, spotting synergies for the use of the charging network and all relevant products from professional taxi drivers of electronic  vehicles as well as for the recognition of joint actions for the promotion of electromobility to professional taxi drivers who will choose environmentally friendly vehicles.

 

3. Fraport Greece

According to the MoU, the parties will explore the potential for collaboration in identifying the appropriate areas in the airports operated by Fraport, which could be used for the installation of charging points for passengers and professionals in the parking area of the airports. They have also agreed to examine the potential for possible synergies in order to develop added value services in electromobility, to take all necessary steps for the  promotion of electromobility  in the airport areas operated by Fraport Greece as well as to examine the possibilities of a commercial cooperation model.
