PPC S.A. announces that, on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 during the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company, “Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator (HEDNO S.A.) - 100% subsidiary of PPC S.A.-, eight new members were elected for its Board of Directors, due to termination of office.
The new BoD was formed into a body as follows:
1. Chatziargyriou Nikolaos, Chairman (non-Executive Member)
2. Misdanitis Athanasios, Deputy CEO, acting as CEO (Executive Member)
3. Kostakis Gregorios, Consultant, (Executive Member)
4. Angelopoulos Georgios, Consultant, (non-Executive Member)
5. Dimitriou Vasileios, Consultant (non-Executive Member)
6. Masouras Konstantinos, Consultant (non-Executive Member)
7. Spanou Labrini, Consultant (non-Executive Member)
8. Tsekeris Dimitrios, Consultant (non-Executive Member)
9. Tsourakis Georgios, Consultant (non-Executive Member)
The term of office of the eight new elected members of the Board of Directors will expire on July 2nd, 2021.
The term of office of the member of the Board of Directors Mr. Masouras Konstantinos will expire on June 23rd, 2019.
