PPC S.A. announces that, the Board of Directors during its Meeting on 20.11.2018 decided the commencement of the merger procedure by absorption by PPC S.A. of its 100% subsidiary PPC RENEWABLES S.A., the authorization of the Chief Executive Officer for undertaking all relevant decisions and to set December 31st, 2018 as the date of the Transformation Balance Sheet.
