ANNOUNCEMENT
PPC S.A. announces that the Management Board, in its meeting held today, decided to propose to the Board of Directors of the Company the following settlements plan for customers’ dues:
1. From 01.04.2016 until 31.07.2016, all customers can settle their dues in 36 installments without advance payment. Customers that have already entered into settlement based on the current plan are eligible to benefit from the new plan for the remaining of their dues.
2. From 01.08.2016 and onwards, the following provisions will apply for all residential and business customers, with the exception of farmers and business customers with seasonal consumption:
• Monthly Installments: The amount should be equal to the 30% of the average monthly electricity bill, on an annual basis, with 18 installments at minimum and 36 at maximum.
• Advance Payments:
(a) Consistent customers: 5%
(b) Non consistent customers: 15%
