ANNOUNCEMENT
PPC S.A announces that, after the election of Mr. Pantelis Karalafteris and Mr. Nikolaos Fotopoulos as Members of the BoD of PPC S.A., Employees’ Representatives, the BoD as its meeting held on June 8, 2016, formed into a body as follows:
• Emmanuel Panagiotakis, Mechanical-Electrical Engineer, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer, Executive Member. Term of Office until 07.04.2018.
• Georgios Andriotis, Civil Engineer, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors, Independent – Non-Executive Member. Term of Office until 29.06.2016.
• Panagiotis Alexakis, Economist/ Professor in the University of Athens, Independent-Non-Executive Member. Term of office until 17.12.2018.
• Aris Vatalis, Technician, employee of PPC S.A., Non-Executive Member. Term of office until 17.12.2018
• Stavros Goutsos, Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Aeronautics of the University of Patras, Director and Deputy CEO supervising the Divisions of Finance and Human Resources, Executive Member. Term of office until 29.06.2016.
• Pantelis Karalafteris, Employees’ Representative, Member, Non-Executive Member. Term of office until 05.06.2019.
• Christos Papageorgiou, Mining and Metallurgical Engineer, Independent – Non-Executive Member. Term of office until 29.06.2016
• Panagiotis Prammantiotis, PhD in Physics/employee of the Management Organization Unit of Development Programmes SA, Independent – Non-Executive Member. Term of office until 29.06.2016
