ANNOUNCEMENT
The Board of Directors of Public Power Corporation S.A., at its meeting held today, Tuesday, May 12, 2015, elected Mr. Vassilis Hatziathanasiou, Mechanical-Electrical Engineer, Associate Professor of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, as independent non-executive member, replacing Mr. Emmanuel Koroniotakis for the remaining period of his tenure, that is until 29.6.2016.
Following the above, the new composition of the Board of Directors is as follows:
• Emmanuel Panagiotakis, Mechanical-Electrical Engineer, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer, Executive Member. Term of Office until 07.04.2018.
• Georgios Andriotis, Civil Engineer, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors, Independent – Non-Executive Member. Term of Office until 29.06.2016.
• Panagiotis Alexakis, Economist/ Professor in the University of Athens, Independent-Non-Executive Member. Term of office until 17.12.2015.
• Stavros Goutsos, Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Aeronautics of the University of Patras, Deputy CEO supervising the Divisions of Finance and Human Resources, Executive Member. Term of office until 29.06.2016.
• Pavlos Thomoglou, Businessman-Economist, Independent – Non-Executive Member. Term of office until 17.12.2015.
• Pantelis Karalafteris, Employees’ Representative, Non-Executive Member. Term of office until 27.05.2016.
• Vassilis Hatziathanasiou, Mechanical-Electrical Engineer, Associate Professor of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Independent - Non-Executive Member. Term of office until 29.06.2016.
• Christos Papageorgiou, Mining and Metallurgical Engineer, Independent – Non-Executive Member. Term of office until 29.06.2016
• Panagiotis Prammantiotis, PhD in Physics/employee of the Management Organization Unit of Development Programmes SA, Independent – Non-Executive Member. Term of office until 29.06.2016
• Filipos Tavris, Director, Bank employee, Independent – Non-Executive Member. Term of Office until 29.06.2016
• Nikolaos Fotopoulos, Employees’ Representative, Non- Executive Member. Term of Office until 27.05.2016.
