ANNOUNCEMENT
PPC S.A. announces that, following the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 22.12.2014, and in order to safeguard the public interest:
• An agreement was reached with “LARCO S.A.” for the signing of an electricity supply contract as of 1.1.2014 pursuant to the decision of the General Meeting of PPC’s shareholders held on 28.2.2014, as well as for the settlement procedure of past differences between the two companies.
• Regarding “ALUMINIUM S.A.”, which is the only High Voltage customer that has not accepted to sign an electricity supply contract and does not accept the pricing terms of the decision of the General Meeting of PPC’s Shareholders held on 28.2.2014, PPC S.A. sent today an extra judicial statement – protest to IPTO S.A. for the discontinuation of the supply of electricity to “ALUMINIUM S.A.”.
