Member of Board appointed as member of the Audit Committee of PPC S.A.

PPC S.A. announces that the Board of Directors appointed, among its Members, Mr. Stavros Papasotiriou as Member of the Audit Committee of the Company, replacing the former Member of the Board, Mr. Konstantinos Zontanos.

The new formation of the Audit Committee is as follows:

2. Nikolaos Vernikos
3. Stavros Papasotiriou
