ANNOUNCEMENT
Following a request from the Capital Market Commission, PPC clarifies that the European Commission (DG Comp), with its letter of June 12, concluded that the complaint filed by PPC for the fact that the tariff charged to Aluminum based on the decision of the arbitration tribunal constitutes state aid, does not justify further investigation. This fact does not have any impact on the results and financial statements of PPC. It is also clarified that the main reasoning put forward by the European Commission is that the body which decided the tariff is not a body exercising state authority.
