ANNOUNCEMENT
PPC S.A. announces that with the Decision no. 307/2013 of RAE a fine of € 4.4 mln was imposed on PPC, due to non compliance of PPC, as mentioned in the said decision, with a previous Decision issued by RAE (895/2012) and in general non compliance of PPC with the submission of alternative tariffs to its Medium Voltage customers. That Decision (895/2012) provided, amongst other, the obligation of PPC to submit an adequate number of tariffs to its Medium Voltage customers according to their demand profile and load characteristics.
PPC is going to file all legal actions for the annulment and the suspension of the aforementioned Decision no. 307/2013 of RAE, as provided for in L. 4001/2011.
