ANNOUNCEMENT
Following the announcement on 15.11.2013 regarding the representation of ALUMINIUM S.A., PPC announces that, as there are still ongoing negotiations with the specific company for the signing of an electricity supply contract starting from 1.1.2014, PPC’s Board of Directors decided the extension of the negotiations until 31.1.2014 and as a result the suspension of the implementation of the decision to stop representing ALUMINIUM S.A. until this date. It is noted that this extension does not, in any case, mean the extension or renewal of any pricing terms for the supply of electricity to ALUMINIUM S.A. after 31.12.2013.
