ANNOUNCEMENT
PPC S.A. announces the formation of body of the Board of Directors of its 100% owned subsidiary ADMIE S.A., as follows :
− Koutzoukos Georgios, Chairman (Diplomat Mechanical-Electrical Engineer)
− Vassos Spyros, Deputy Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (Diplomat Electrical-Mechanical Engineer)
− Apergis Nikolaos, Member (Economist, Professor at the University of Piraeus)
− Mihou Efstathios, Member (Lawyer, graduate of Athens Law School)
The fifth member, who shall represent ADMΙE S.A.’s employees, shall be designated following the completion of the procedures set forth in the Articles of Incorporation.
The term of office of the Board of Directors shall be for three years, commencing on 29.02.2012 and ending on 28.02.2015.
