Election of Chairman of the Board of Directors of PPC S.A

PUBLIC POWER CORPORATION S. A. announces that, the Board of Directors of PPC S.A. at its meeting held on December 21, 2012, decided the election of Mr. Arthouros Zervos, CEO of PPC S.A., as Chairman of the BoD.
The rest of the composition of the BoD remains the same.
