ANNOUNCEMENT
Concerning the Decision 822/2012 issued by the Regulatory Authority for Energy (RAE), which defines a temporary price of 50 €/MWh for the total amount of energy consumed by LARCO S.A., PPC notes that what has been stated in a previous announcement dated 22.5.2012 with respect to a relevant decision issued for ALUMINIUM S.A. also applies to this specific decision.
It is obvious that this Decision has a negative impact on PPC, by obliging the Company to sell below cost, and thus, PPC intends to take all necessary legal actions for appealing against the said Decision of RAE in front of any Authority, National or European.
