Following a previous announcement, with respect to the acquisition, by its 100% subsidiary PPC Renewables S.A., of three wind parks in operation (with a total capacity of 24.65MW) and three under development (with a total capacity of 48MW) from the BCI Group of Companies, PPC S.A. informs that the maximum amount to be disbursed for the acquisition of the 6 wind parks is €43.4 million whereas the budget for the construction of the three wind parks that are under development is estimated at €68 million, of which €17 million will be in the form of equity and €51 million will be funded through debt.
It is repeated that the relevant contract has not yet been signed, while the final acquisition cost will be determined after the completion of the financial and legal due diligence.
PPC S.A. will proceed with a further announcement upon the signing of the acquisition contract.
