ANNOUNCEMENT
The Board of Directors (BoD) of PPC S.A at its meeting held on December 21st, 2010, decided:
- the establishment of the Internal Audit Department (IAD) which shall report to the Board of Directors and be supervised by the Audit Committee. Its mandate shall be the integrated audit of all corporate risks of the company,
- the integration into the IAD of all competencies of the existing Internal Audit Unit (IAU) as well as of the competencies of the Financial and Administrative Control Department (FACD), with the exception of the competencies of the FACD which are related to operational audits (preventive and corrective audit of contracts and payments),
- the appointment of Mr. E. Exakoustidis as Director of IAD.
