ANNOUNCEMENT
PPC S.A. announces that the Board of Directors of its 100% owned subsidiary PPC Renewables S.A., during its meeting held on December 22, 2010, decided the election of Mr. Georgios Katanas as Member of its Board of Directors, replacing the resigned Member Mr. Panagiotis Haviaropoulos for the remaining period of his tenure.
Furthermore, the Member of the Board of Directors, Mrs Danai Diakoulaki, was appointed as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.
The formation of Body of the BoD of PPC Renewables S.A. is as follows :
