ANNOUNCEMENT
PPC informs that the Board of Directors proceeded with a decision which allows the Company to enter into hedging transactions against fluctuations in the prices of liquid fuels consumed by its plants and provided the relevant authorisations for the selection of time, quantities, price and structure of transactions.
