ANNOUNCEMENT
"Public Power Corporation S.A." announces the resignation of the General Manager of Supply, Mr. George Kollias, for personal reasons. Mr.Kollias will remain at PPC as a top level official in the capacity of Senior Advisor.
Mr. Kollias stated that he absolutely supports all the Management's initiatives.
His replacement will take place in accordance with the provisions of the company's articles of incorporation.
