ANNOUNCEMENT
Public Power Corporation S.A. announces that on February 1, 2007, Mr. Constantine Kyriacopoulos resigned from his position as Chairman of the BoD and as Board member of PPC S.A. His replacement will follow the procedures provided for in the Statutes of the Public Power Corporation S.A.
