Reformation of the Nomination, Remuneration and Recruitment Committee

PPC S.A. announces that, by Decision 42/20.05.2024 the Board of Directors (BoD) decided the appointment of Ms. Charikleia (Claire) Sinaniotou, Independent, Non Executive member of the BoD, as the third  member of the  Nomination, Remuneration and Recruitment Committee (NRRC), in replacement of Mr. Stefanos Kardamakis, Independent, Non Executive member of the BoD, and for the remainder of his term, that is, until 21.08.2025.

Following that and after ascertaining that the Independent Non Executive members, Messrs.  Pyrros Papadimitriou, Despina Doxaki and Charikleia (Claire) Sinaniotou meet the criteria of independence, as described in article 9 par. 1 and 2 of Law  4706/2020, decided the reformation of the NRRC and its capacities as follows:

1. Pyrros Papadimitriou, Independent Vice-Chairman of the BoD, Chairman of the NRRC, term of office ending on 21.08.2025.
2. Despina Doxaki, Independent Non Executive Member of the BoD, Member of the NRRC, term of office ending on 28.06.2025.
3. Charikleia (Claire) Sinaniotou, Independent Non Executive Member of the BoD, Member of the NRRC, term of office ending on 21.08.2025.
