Public Power Corporation S.A. (“PPC”) announces that in the context of its buy-back programme for the purchase of up to 38,200,000 of its own shares, for the period from 24.10.2024 until 30.10.2024, PPC purchased through transactions in the Athens Exchange, 309,517 Own Shares in total, as follows:

Following the above-mentioned purchases, PPC holds an aggregate of 28,658,582 shares issued by it, which correspond to 7.5022 % of the Company’s total shares.
