Public Power Corporation S.A. (“PPC”) announces that in the context of its buy-back programme for the purchase of up to 36,344,000 of its own shares, for the period from 01.08.2024 until 02.08.2024, PPC purchased through transactions in the Athens Exchange, 98,000 Own Shares in total, as follows:

Following the abovementioned purchases, the Own Share Buyback Program that was approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 03.08.2022 and the implementation of which started on 23.09.2022, pursuant to the Decision of the Board of Directors of the Company dated 20.09.2022, was concluded. PPC holds a total of 24,175,179 own shares, which correspond to 6.3286 % of its share capital.
