PPC S.A. ("PPC") in response to a relevant question by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission with respect to press articles regarding PPC's potential interest in the acquisition of “Kotsovolos”, an electronic goods retailer in Greece, clarifies that it has not submitted any proposal for the acquisition of said company.
In any case, one of the pillars of the Strategic Plan of PPC, which was presented to the investor community in the context of the Share Capital Increase in November 2021, is the revamping of PPC's commercial activities, customer centricity and the provision of new products and competitive tariffs. Within this framework, PPC is exploring possible ways to achieve this goal, which may include partnerships and/or potential acquisitions.
