PPC S.A. announces that, according to L. 3556/2007 and following the relevant notification, received on 24.5.2023 from “Helikon Investments Limited”, in its capacity as investment manager for its client “Helikon Long Short Equity Fund Master ICAV”, on 22.5.2023 the aforementioned held:

• 7,206,055 voting rights (or 1.88%) attached to shares from 11,458,124 (or 4.9388%) on 13.9.2021 and
• 19,454,723 voting rights (or 5.09%) attached to financial instruments (Cash Settled Equity Swap) with similar economic effect, according to article 11 par 1.b) of L. 3556/2007, as in force, from 3,575,981 (or 1.54%) on 13.9.2021.

Hence, the total holdings of “Helikon Long Short Equity Fund Master ICAV” of PPC’s voting rights (i.e. the total of voting rights attached to shares and voting rights through financial instruments) amounted on 22.5.2023 to 26,660,778 (or 6.97%) from 15,034,105 (or 6.48%) on 13.9.2021.
