PPC S.A. announces:

21. the appointment of Ms. Alexandra Papageorgiou as Chief Human Resources & Organization Officer from 21.6.2022.

Ms. Papageorgiou has a 26-year experience in Human Resources Management. In her latest appointments she held the positions of the Chief HR Officer of Lamda Development, Chief HR Officer of Intralot Group and Group HR Director of Vivartia Group. She also held HR Director’s roles in large Multinational Companies like Diageo and AstraZeneca and Senior Management roles in Nestle Hellas.

She has a 6 year teaching experience at Deree, the American College of Greece. She holds a B.Sc. in Management & Organisational Behaviour from Deree, the American College of Greece, and an MBA from City University Business School.

24. b) the appointment of Mr. George Damaskos as Chief Telecommunications Officer from 24.5.2022.

Since 2013 Mr. Damaskos held the position of Chief Human Resources & Organization Officer. He joined the company in 1987 and since then he has served in various senior positions in the Company.

Mr. Damaskos is an Electrical Engineer, member of the Technical Chamber of Greece, and holds a degree in Economic Sciences from the Economics Department of the Faculty of Law, Economics and Political Sciences of the Athens University. He also holds an MBA degree in Business Administration from the Kingston Business School (Kingston University).
