Athens, February 9, 2021
Public Power Corporation S.A. (“PPC” or the “Company”) announces that in the context of the announced Own Share Buyback Program, on 8.2.2022, acquired through the Athens Stock Exchange 60,000 own shares at a weighted average price of € 8.2674 per share, of an aggregate value € 496,044. Such acquisitions have been effected through the Athens Exchange member PIRAEUS SECURITIES S.A..
Following the above mentioned purchases, PPC holds 60,000 own shares, which correspond to 0.0157% of the Company’s total shares.
This announcement is issued in accordance with (EU) Regulation No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council dated 16.4.2014 and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 dated 8.3.2016.
