Athens, March 8, 2022
PPC announces that, pursuant to L. 3556/2007, and following relevant notification received on 3.3.2022, by the Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations S.A. (HCAP S.A.), the transfer by law, without consideration and exempt from any tax fee and / or right of third parties of the total participation of HRADF in PPC share capital (corresponding to 39,440,000 shares or 10.32%), from HRADF to HCAP S.A., was completed on 2.3.2022, following an over-the-counter transaction, according to article 147 of L. 4876/2021.
Following the above, the direct participation of HCAP S.A. in PPC amounts to 34.12% with the corresponding voting rights, while HRADF no longer participates in PPC’s share capital.
