PPC S.A. announces that at its meeting on 21.12.2021, the Board of Directors (BoD) was formed into a body, following the election of, according to par. 2, item a of art. 9 of the Articles of Incorporation as in effect, by the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 16.12.2021, Mr. George Karakousis and Ms. Maria Psillaki (appointed as Independent member) for a three year term, that is from 17.12.2021 until 16.12.2024, due to the expiration of term of Mr. George Venieris and Mr. George Karakousis on 17.12.2021.
Additionaly, Mr. George Karakousis was appointed, due to its capacity as Deputy CEO of Commercial Operations, as Executive Member of the BoD as well as Ms. Maria Psillaki as Non - Executive Member of the BoD.
Therefore, the new composition of the Board of Directors with each member’s relevant capacity is the following:
• Stassis Georgios, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer, Executive Member. Term of office until 21.8.2022.
• Papadimitriou Pyrros, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors, Independent Non-Executive Member. Term of office until 21.8.2022.
• Doxaki Despina, Independent - Non-Executive Member. Term of office until 26.6.2022.
• Theodoridis Stefanos, Independent - Non-Executive Member. Term of office until 21.8.2022.
• Karakousis Georgios, Executive Member, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of PPC S.A. Term of office until 16.12.2024.
• Karaleftheris Pantelis, Non-Executive Member, Employees’ Representative. Term of office until 6.6.2022.
• Kardamakis Stefanos, Independent – Non-Executive Member. Term of office until 21.8.2022.
• Panagiotakis Michael, Independent – Non-Executive Member. Term of office until 21.8.2022.
• Paterakis Alexandros, Executive Member, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of PPC S.A. Term of office until 21.8.2022.
• Fotopoulos Nikolaos, Non- Executive Member, Employees’ Representative. Term of office until 6.6.2022.
• Psillaki Maria, Independent – Non-Executive Member. Term of office until 16.12.2024
