PPC S.A. announces that, according to L. 3556/2007 and following a relevant notification, received on 22.11.2021 from the “Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations S.A.” (HCAP) as a result of a corporate event (Share Capital Increase of PPC S.A.), on 16.11.2021 the aforementioned held:
directly 90,909,860 voting rights (or 23.8%) attached to equal number of shares from 79,165,114 (or 34.12%) and
indirectly through the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund S.A. “HRADF”- a wholly owned subsidiary of HCAP, 39,440,000 voting rights (or 10.32%) attached to equal number of shares from 39,440,000 (or 17%).
Hence, HCAP’s total holdings of PPC’s voting rights (i.e. the total of direct and indirect voting rights attached to shares) amounted to 130,349,860 (or 34.12%) on 16.11.2021 from 118,605,114 (or 51.12%).
According to L. 4389/2016, the sole shareholder of HCAP is the Greek State, as legally represented by the Minister of Finance. HCAP owns 100% of the share capital of HRADF.
The total percentage of the Greek State’s voting rights amounts indirectly, as mentioned before, to 34.12%.
