PPC S.A. announces that, yesterday, Wednesday, 28.8.2019, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of HEDNO S.A.-100% subsidiary of PPC S.A.- Mr. N. Chatziargyriou and the members Mr. G. Angelopoulos and Mr. L. Spanou resigned.
The above will continue to perform their duties until they are replaced through the legal procedures.
In addition, the Members of the Board of Directors, Mr. V. Dimitriou and Mr. D. Tsekeris, submitted their resignation with immediate effect.
