PPC S.A. announces that Mr. Demetrios Vassilakis was assigned as Director of the Wind and Solar Projects Engineering-Construction department of PPC and as a consequence, he has resigned from his position as member of the Board of Directors of the Company.
Until the election of a new member of the Board of Directors, in replacement of the one resigned, in compliance with the Company’s Articles of Incorporation, the Board of Directors will continue to function with ten members according to article 9, par. 3 of the Articles of Incorporation in effect.
