Tests vary depending on the posts to be filled, the skills we wish to assess and the experience we seek. Mostly we use structured interviews and, complementary, as may be thought necessary, personality tests, technical skills tests, role plays and case studies.
All applying candidates will receive feedback by email from the company at specific stages of the recruitment process on the course of their application.
